There is an abundance of Shopping choices all over Sydney where you will find something for everyone Whether you're a label hunter or a bargain hunter. There are streets and centres filled with some of the world's greatest names in fashion, markets and some of the most beautiful shopping centres.
City Centre
The Queen Victoria Building, Strand Arcade, Skygarden, Harbourside and Centrepoint are great places to begin any shopping spree. Castlereagh Street hosts many of the world's most chic designer brands and department stores - David Jones, Myer and Gowings, and are all located within a block of each other in the city centre.
Double Bay

Paddington and Darlinghurst

In Darlinghurst, at the western end of Oxford Street you'll be swamped with street fashion and music.

Bargain Shopping
Sydney still offers plenty for the discerning but budget conscious buyer. Market City, in the very epicentre of bustling Chinatown, hosts an array of discount stores. Nearby, the old rag-trade district of Surry Hills is the place for non-exorbitant leather-goods and labels like Ralph Lauren, as is Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre, with local legends like Country Road, Oxford and Marcs. The latest addition for shopping fanatics is Direct Factory Outlets (DFO), close to Olympic Park it is the largest of its kind in Sydney.
